To be enjoyed under the sea breeze of the garden or in the cozy intimacy of the restaurant, the dishes with irresistible flavors give pride of place to ancestral moroccan recipes and the delights of inventive mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
Our restaurant’s menu, updated regularly, highlights succulent regional products from the ocean (sea bass, sole, saint pierre, sea bream, red mullet, squid, tuna, pageot, and other seafood) and from the terroir of the Souss plain, the “garden” of Morocco. This gastronomy with homemade desserts and traditional delights of french pastry, skillfully combines the flavors of the South of France with the spices of moroccan cook. Presented by qualified and attentive staff, it creates a harmony making the Riad Villa Blanche one of the best restaurants in the region.
Bar
Next to the restaurant is its bar with terrace, with exceptional character.
The bar aspires to the conviviality of an aperitif accompanied by “homemade” appetizers or a digestive, to be enjoyed in a lounge atmosphere. The Villa Blanche boasts a large selection of cocktails and fine alcohols where moroccan wines rub shoulders with french, italian and spanish wines. Light snacks, salads and snacks, traditional mint tea, as well as a wide choice of herbal teas with fresh herbs from the berber region are served there throughout the day, as well as on the patio or in the shade of the garden.
- The bar and the restaurant also welcome non-residents of the hotel.
- The restaurant is open every day from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- The bar is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Access to the bar and restaurant is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
