The menu of our restaurant, regularly renewed, highlights the delicious regional products from the ocean and the terroir of the Souss plain, the “garden” of Morocco (card renewed regularly). This gastronomy that skillfully mixes the flavours of the South of France with spices and Moroccan cuisine, home-made desserts and traditional delights of French pastry, creates a harmony that makes the Riad Villa Blanche one of the best tables in the region.
Next to the restaurant, the bar with terrace, with an exceptional character, aspires to the conviviality of an aperitif accompanied by “home” appetizers or a digestive, to be enjoyed in a lounge atmosphere. Villa Blanche boasts a large selection of cocktails and fine spirits where Moroccan wines rub shoulders with French, Italian and Spanish wines.
Light snacks, salads and snacks, traditional mint tea, as well as a wide selection of herbal teas with fresh Berber herbs are served throughout the day, as well as on the patio or in the shade of the garden.
